What sizes are your korker bows? TOP

Baby bows are 2 - 2.5 inches wide
Toddler bows are 2.5 - 3 inches wide
Large bows are 3.5 - 4 inches wide

What "clip" attachments are available? TOP

Can I custom order hair bows? TOP

Sugar Sweet Bowtique can create hair bows to match your child's wardrobe, school colors, favorite sports team or favorite colors. Please visit our custom order page to review our color and clip options.

What if I don't know what colors I need to match my child's outfit? TOP

Sometimes it's not the easiest to choose what colors of ribbons you need to perfectly match your princess' outifts. We do allow our customers to email photos of the pieces of clothing they are trying to match for custom orders. If you need to email an outfit please send it to mandi@sugarsweetbowtique.com

Can you make "Made-to-Match Gymboree" korker bows for older Gymboree lines? TOP

Yes. You may order bows for older Gymboree lines by placing your order through our Custom Korker Page. Please be sure to indicate the Gymboree line you are wanting matched in the comments box. How do I care for my hair bows? TOP

Taking proper care of your hair bows will help to ensure extended use of your bows. The curl in the korker bows has been heat set in and will withstand the test of time. Bows can be hand washed with water. We do NOT recommend that you place your bows in the washing machine, which might cause the curl to come out of the korker ribbons.

Are the ends of your bows treated to prevent fraying? TOP

YES! At Sugar Sweet Bowtique, we pride ourselves in selling only the very highest quality bows! Each ribbon end has been treated with fray check to ensure that they stay as nice as the day your recieved them. Our Korker Hair bows have been sprayed with the no-fray to also help hold a stiff ball as well as to keep the ends looking nice.

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP

Because of the nature of these being all handmade items, each bow is custom made once the order is received. As a result, these items take a little longer to ship, and depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be mailed out as well as shipping times based on your location. If you need your order to be expedited, please email us at mandi@sugarsweetbowtique.com to determine if we can meet your deadline. Additional charges may apply for expedited services or shipping.

How are my bows shipped? TOP

Our items are shipped in a plastic bag to protect them, and placed in a sturdy box to keep them extra safe. All you need to do when they arrive is fluff them a bit and they are good to go!

Can I ship to another address? TOP

Yes, be sure to leave the ship to address in the comments box when you check out. If we don't see that "Ship to address," we will automatically ship to the billing address.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders are finalized upon check out.

Return Policy
All pre-made items are returnable within 5 days of receipt.

Custom made pieces are non-refundable. All products are considered acceptable to the consumer if Sugar Sweet Bowtique is not notified within 3 days of receipt.

What if the item I ordered is damaged when I receive it?

Please email us with any question concerning problems with your order once it arrives. We will do our very best to keep our customers happy! We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction!

Do You Ship Internationally? TOP

Yes we do accept international orders here at Sugar Sweet Bowtique. Currently all orders show a first class international shipping rate. International shipping with insurance is also offered but must be calculated per order by contacting us. If no insurance is purchased, buyer assumes all responsibility for the package once it is shipped as we will have no way of tracking it or gauranteeing it's safe delivery.
